Congratulations to Red Envelope Design Atelier who have won a prestigious Merit award presented by VMSD in their 16th Annual International Visual Competition. The display, one of many, created exclusively by Red Envelope for the international diamond retailing chain, Hearts On Fire, was featured in the HOF flagship store and multiple outlets throughout Taiwan.
The Spring! 2008 window display highlights the natural renewal that comes with Springtime. It was Red Envelope's intention to make consumers feel 'good' about the brand through experiencing the windows and in-store spaces; as well as selling the idea that “window shopping can be as much fun as buying”. The display, featuring over-sized pink gerberas, combines two concepts: 'the beauty of mother nature, and ‘springing’ back into action after months of hibernating from the cold.

+ Red Envelope Retreat
Herb Garden’s interiors are faultless in style, from the simplicity of their ‘garden shed’ suites, complete with private open air spa bath and bleached wooden floorboards to the familiar aesthetic of their colonial chic bedrooms replete with mosquito nets and red door detailing. From the moment you check in you know you are going to have a relaxing experience you won’t forget!
+ True Love...Or True Luxury?
If true love means never having to say your sorry, then true luxury is never having to deny yourself anything...a philosophy Fortunekoooky firmly believes in. The dynamic (and very koooky) designers Viktor & Rolf have collaborated with the Japanese brand Shu Uemura to create these beautifully excessive eye appendages. Not surprisingly, they are the business...no need to be a shrinking violet, simply flutter these eyelashes and the world will fall at your feet.

+ Red Envelope Lites Up The Design Conversation
Followers of 'koookiness' will remember back in 2007 that Red Envelope Design Atelier was commissioned by Absolut Vodka to design 2 special limited edition lites for their Raspberri and Apeach promotion...well they've arrived, and can be seen most recently at Taiwan's 'Pecha Kucha Night', an event created by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham.
'Pecha Kucha', which in Japanese translates as 'the sound of conversation' is a platform for young designers to showcase their work to a wide audience, and any event such as this receives the Fortunekoooky seal of approval (especially when our work lites up the event!)
Along with this, the Red Envelope Absolut Apeach Lite, will be awarded to a few lucky winners in Taiwan as the first prize in a competition held by Absolut.

+ Koooky Coco Blythe
Manufactured by Kenner in 1972, the original Blythe, now known as 'vintage', was produced for only one year and then was retired because of poor sales. For 28 years, Blythe was a curiosity that only doll collectors were interested in.
Then, in late 2000, she made her comeback in Japan when CWC produced a charming TV commercial for Parco department store starring Blythe. After the TV spotlight she became an overnight sensation in Japan and Asia. In June 2001, to meet the popular demand of this new Blythe fanbase, CWC produced an 11 inch neo-Blythe doll, Parco Limited Edition, with the permission of Hasbro and the manufacturing help of Takara.
Since that launch, 62 and still counting! editions of neo-Blythe dolls have been produced. A year later, a 4 1/2 inch version of the Neo-Blythe was invented, titled "Petite Blythe" and affectionately called "Pucci". By the spring of 2006, there have been 100 and still counting! editions of the Petite Blythe doll produced. Nowadays, Blythe's photogenic style can also be found gracing countless accessories and stationary goods the world over.
